Step 1: Enter Your Personal Details

First and Last Name: Type your complete name as it appears on your legal documents.

Date of Birth: Select the day, month, and year you were born from the dropdown calendars.

Preferred Phone Number: Provide a contact number where you can easily be reached.

Step 2: About Me Section

Introduce Yourself: Write a few sentences about who you are.

Explain Your Interest: Tell why you are a good match for the property you want to rent.

Mention Hobbies and Interests: Share what you like to do in your free time.

Attach Supporting Documents: Upload any letters of recommendation, tenant ledgers, or pet photos. Ensure the files are in GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF format and do not exceed 10MB.

Step 3: Provide Your Address History

Detail Your Previous Addresses: List where you have lived for the past two years, including any periods spent with parents or in owned property.

Manual Entry if Needed: If the system doesn't automatically find your address, enter it manually.

Add Move-in Dates and Details: Specify when you moved into these places and whether you owned or rented them.

Complete the Rental Reference: If you rented, fill in the landlord or property manager’s details, ensuring you use their professional email and contact number.

Step 4: Employment Information

Current Job Status: Indicate whether you are employed, self-employed, or currently without employment.

Fill Out Employment Details: For those employed, enter your company name, job title, and the date you started working there.

Reference Contact: Provide the contact information of a work reference, such as a manager or owner, including their professional email and phone number.

Step 5: Income Verification

List All Income Sources: Include your salary, any bonuses, rental income, dividend income, etc.

Frequency and Amount: Specify how often you receive these incomes and how much.

Proof of Income: Upload documents like payslips or contracts to verify your income. The file format and size requirements are the same as in step 2.

Step 6: Upload Identity Documents

Primary Photo ID: Add a scanned copy of your photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.

Secondary ID Proof: Provide a secondary ID, like a Medicare card, that shows your name.

Emergency Contact Information
